24-HOUR CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
There is a strictly and uniformly enforced 24-hour notice cancellation policy. 24-hour (not 23 or 22) notice is required for cancellation of the appointment, regardless of the reason, or full payment is still required for the canceled session. This time is allotted and held just for you.
How would you feel if you showed up and I had decided to give it to someone else? Would the reason matter? My practice is busy. I get booked up well in advance. Great results mean high demand! There is usually a waitlist of people trying to get in. People have had such a life-changing result from the previous treatment that they wait for me to call or text, and they drop everything to come in. This is meaningful and powerful to them and me. I take their pain and their need very seriously. With 24 hours of notice, I can call the people on the list and try to help get them in. Without enough notice, I cannot help these people. Moreover, I am out the payment for the time I had allotted for you. I could have been paid by someone who would have come in. This is why it is simply my policy to enforce it uniformly.
If a client arrives late to a session, they will receive treatment during the remaining time of their scheduled appointment time only and will have to pay for the full session.

OTHER POLICIES
- We do not accept insurance or liens.
- We do not keep SOAP notes nor write reports.
- I do not write reports.
- Any attempt to be reimbursed by an insurance company for therapeutic massage services is solely the responsibility of the client.
- I will “NOT” get involved.
- I will provide a statement for “services rendered” only upon request.
- Allow 7-10 business days for a statement to be delivered by email.
- All gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Any and all credits on accounts expire after 6 months.
